Shipping FBA PL

Questions I have about shipping . When u create a shipping label for ur FBA Product You Send Your Labels to ur manufacturer correct they put 1(Sku label) on each unit also 1SkU label and A pallet label on each Box? Or just a pallet label? and they ship it to Amazon from China correct? Also how would u get a ASIN # for your product. (I don’t have a product yet on Amazon just learning still)
