Shipping fulfillment rebate

Hi all. I’ve been selecting the recommnded faster shipping option through Amazon that costs more upfront but promises a fulfillment fee rebate. Does anyone know where I can confirm that rebate? I’ve reached out to Amazon help twice and am not getting a straight answer. Thank you!
