Sku handling times not working?
Of course with the new OTDR we’ve noticed that there’s issues with our handling times. Most of our orders ship same or next day, but Amazon does not realize that small businesses can’t ship products Saturday+Sunday, so our average ship time for most of our products is 1.2-1.5 days. With Amazon’s automated handling times active, they set all our skus to 1 day handling time, which doesn’t fix the issue. With the only option available for default handling time, we’ve set up individual SKU handling times. Issue is though, when I check our handling time settings, each sku is still stating 1 day, set by the seller, even with all our products having a 2 day handling time. Of course opening cases does not fix this, they just copy paste some random nonsense telling us everything will be alright with the handling time, or to use the default one day handling time. I understand that Amazon wants us to have everything ship same day or next day maximum, so according to them, 1 day is the max handling time for a shipment, but this isn’t possible without being open 7 days a week.
All that said, how do I get our SKU level handling times to actually be active?
