Slow moving sales: im very lost

I do PL in a very saturated market. I was doing decently well at first but then my sales started dropping, probably because the honeymoon period stopped.

I don’t know what to do. Ad spending is making me unprofitable, so I dramatically decreased it to only $5/day. I’m afraid my sales will plummet to consistently 0 very soon.

To boost sales, I cut the price deeply and enrolled in 20 more vines. Do people think these moves will help me? Any other moves I can make to boost sales? Again, I don’t think ad spending will help because it makes me unprofitable (I was spending about $20-$30 per day on ads and they weren’t even really generating that many sales). But I’m open to ideas.

My COG is $3.75/unit, costs about $0.25/unit to ship to Amazon, Amazon takes $4.50/unit for fulfillment + 8% of sales price. So my break even price is about $10.
