Small time seller Q’s

Hi I’ve been collecting books and board games from thrift stores. Some selling on Amazon for 10x what I bought for. Or, I should say listed for that price. After fees, is it worth it? Am I better off using FBA or do it myself? Also, what is a good sales ranking for products? The stuff has a high resale price, but is it actually selling?
