So there is this company that sells a nearly identical product (or possibly identical) but it has a different UPC and their own ASIN and listing…

But they are now jumping into our listing as well as selling on their own listing as a way to cover more selling terrain i guess. We are 99% sure their product has a different UPC number, and we are waiting for confirmation from the distributor on the fact that they dont sell product to them with the same UPC number as ours.

What are our options here? What is the correct way to write up a case with amazon and get them off the listing? or is it worth it to get someone to buy one of their products and send amazon the pictures with the wrong UPC? What can we expect to come out from that?

Im not even sure we want to go to war with them, just want them off our listing.
