Someone is selling my product on Amazon without authorization.

I own a pecan manufacturing company and it recently came to my attention that my products are for sell on Amazon. I went to take a look and the people selling them are not wholesale customers of mine and they are marking the product up extremely high leading me to believe they are purchasing them retail and trying to make a profit. Is there anything I can do to get these listings taken off through Amazon without having to get a lawyer involved?
