Someone is selling under my brand

So I decided to completely sell out of my inventory on my first product and put the listing as inactive and come back to it with a better plan. I was clicking around in the sellers app and decided to check on the listing. I was surprised to notice a new seller, selling my product with my logo on it at a higher price than what I was selling it for.

I tried reporting it to Amazon but it seems like they don’t really care. I wouldn’t mind so much but I’ve put a lot of money and time into getting good ranking and spent over $2k getting the listing and pictures done only to find someone in China selling under my brand.

I really wish Amazon would do something about this. I’ve thought about just deleting the listing all together but I’m not sure if that’s the route I want to go.
