SS is the worst costumer service ever!
I had to deal with SS now for a few weeks and I have to say it has been a horrible experience especially via email or chat. They only use templates to reply and it seems that they never type a response by themselves and only use generic reply’s. In my case the are rejecting my ppc because of the new HFSS which is for products with salt, sugar and fat. Guess what? My product doesn’t haven any of these ingredients… it’s just ridiculous.
