Storefront creation is a confusing nightmare. Start over?

I started creating a Storefront. Using a standard template, I played around with a variety of layouts. Now I want to start over from scratch, but I can’t delete the “Home” page. I provided a brand logo, and initially had just a small logo on the page. But I got clever and wanted to add a banner/header to the Home Page. I hate it, but I can’t delete it, either.
How can I start over with a blank slate storefront?
