Subscribe and Save as an FBM seller?

I am interested in turning on the subscribe and save feature for my items. However we are strictly FBM.

One of our competitors has the option turned on and are also FBM. Everywhere I read it seems like the feature only applies to FBA.

Can anyone chime in on how my competitor is doing it?
