Switch-a-roo Return help
Received a FBM return today. Cheap & not even remotely similar to what they purchased. Since I’m moving away from FBA I haven’t had to deal with a switch-a-roo until now.
Some customers get refunded at first scan, this did not and I can’t file an A-Z claim since a refund wasn’t issued. What do I need to do now? TIA
