Switching from 100% FBA to mostly FBM and mix of FBA question
Every item we sell is $120 or up, signature confirmation is $3 (actually $3.10 but round it down) I was wondering if its a better idea to send everything with signature confirmation because if 1/40 orders a customer says they didnt get the item we will lose the case according to amazon.
I would like to know everyones thought on this method
