Taking Amazon Customer to Small Claims
I have a history of this one customer scamming us for products. They have mentioned several times that they are defective in some way in their return reasons.
Our products are being claimed as defective and certainly all 10+ of them can’t all be defective. They’ve also made smaller purchase amounts of the products and then proceed to order bulk amounts of it while still getting all of them refunded. (Auto-refund was on) but this customer is still clearly abusing the system. We just now realized this.
This person has obtained $10,000 of supposed defective products and we want to take the customer to a small claims court. Is this allowed? We don’t want to sue Amazon. Just the customer for making fraudulent claims and scamming us.
They’re also in the same state as me and delivery is literally next day. Just adding that in case.
Has someone dealt with this before?
