Targeting a niche in auto campaign

If I am selling a product which is relatively expensive on Amazon( 400 rs ) then should I add the products selling at a very cheap rate ( 100-200rs) as negative products for my auto campaign ? I am selling a keratin shampoo while those cheaper products are general shampoo but by MNC like L’Oreal and Dove and so on of course
