Tell me about your 1st year as an Amazon Seller

What are some of the unique experiences, challenges you overcame, and biggest lessons learned within your 1st year? For me – it has challenged me mentally. I’m private label. Customers are ruthless. When things are good, you never hear about it. But when things are bad, you get nasty feedback. It’s hard to deal with negativity and how ruthless the general public can be. We have a low defect rate and it still hurts sometimes. Looking to relate with other Sellers in my shoes.
