Template for FBA Capacity projections

We are at our capacity for FBA at the moment and I still have more products launching soon… I was hoping someone might share a template or what they use for capacity projections? Am I wrong in thinking it’s sku size X inventory at the moment? Ant help or guidance would be great. We are requesting more capacity as well.
