Tips for getting results with a case
I made the mistake of filling out my product description & keywords with vocab that can’t get approved for the supplement category (rookie mistake, I know).
I’ve been working on getting this cleared but I’ve been locked out of my item and have probably 5 cases about this product that I keep getting an auto response for, not addressing the issue.
I’ve spent probably upwards of 2-3 hours on the phone this week with seller support and they just resubmit it right back where it came from despite my bullet points breaking down the issue.
Does anyone have any hacks or tricks to getting someone on the other end to actually address the problem?
