Trademark Infringement

For background, I’m an R/A seller. I began my journey about a year ago. I’m relatively small still, just hit 10k gross last month. I just obtained liability insurance, a hurdle that has been hanging over my head for some time. To get to my current issue, I’ve recently received two trademark violations. What happened with the first one was that whoever authored the listing mentioned a brand name in the keywords. Since I wasn’t the brand owner or the author of the listing, I wasn’t able to remove the brand name. Also, Amazon did not have any contact info for the brand owner. I did my best to get the issue resolved but was unable to. I deleted the listing, since I only sold one anyway. Then yesterday, received a similar violation. Again, I have no stock on the listing currently. By the time I went to check about the violation, someone had already removed the brand information and I was advised just to contact seller Central, just ask them to have the violation removed since the necessary changes had already been made. I’m sure you know how that went, I received one of those template responses. Multiple messages were sent and my the problem again is not fixed. I’m worried about a suspension, if I get another one. Anyone been thru something like this? I’m at a loss about how to handle it. If you got to the end of this, thanks for listening.
