Transparency labels ?

So , I’m not sure if I will get made fun of for now knowing this , but how the heck do you get /create transparency labels for Amazon ? I’ve been selling fba and fbm for a few years now . I got the email recently about needing transparency labels after August 15th and I’m not sure how . I know what they are . Just never understood how to obtain them ?
