Trouble creating an individual seller account

Hope for some guidance here.

Many years ago, I occasionally sold books on amazon marketplace with the same username and email attached to my regular customer account. I am interested in being a casual seller again however I am hitting a wall since I have, what I assume is, an old seller account.

I click “sign up for Individual” and get a message that my seller account has been terminated and get sent to another screen. I probably sold all of 40 things from 2008-2014. But it was under the same log-in I use as a customer, I’ve sent this request through a few different contact/support options (can’t recall which) and have not received a response.

I can share screen shots if needed but I’m just wondering how to proceed if I just want to be an occasional seller. Thanks!
