Trouble withdrawing / requesting payment for over a YEAR

As title says and in more detail, I stopped selling on my Amazon account 12 months ago. They STILL won’t let me click the request payment button. Every time I get a rep on the phone they are not plugged into what’s going on and always say “wow we will get immediate attention on this and fix it” No one follow up, nothing happened. It’s $2500 so not enough to afford a lawyer over but could def use those funds

Any advice GREATLY appreciated!

We did 400k/mo at peak and could never get proper Amazon representation without paying thousands a month.
