Two factor authorization errors??

I am so frustrated. I just sold my first item and can’t log in to the seller portal to do anything with it.

For 2 days it’s been giving me this error “There was a problem Please wait at least one minute before requesting another OTP.” And never lets me send a code even when I wait.

I filled out a form with my ID for verification but it said it would take 1-2 days and haven’t heard back. I need to ship my item by tomorrow so I’m just trying to figure out where to go/ how to even contact someone. Amazon customer service has always been great for me, didn’t realize there wasn’t a chat support for sellers also…
