Uk seller, where so you get your EANs from for your products?

Currently sell gardening products on amazon. We get our products from UK suppliers and most of the products ate already listed so there’s never been a need to buy EANs. However, we now want to bundle products together to form kits … for example … bamboo canes and garden wire. Where is the best place to get EANs from? I know about the GS1 website but they seem pretty expensive, especially since we want to create alot of bundle kits.
