Hi all,
I am new to Amazon, I was requested to submit information about myself and my registered business, I submitted information to the Amazon Payments team, however, they have come back to me asking why my business is registered as dormant and if I intend on using that company to sell on Amazon, then they requested to respond to their email.
I attempted to respond and sent the email, however, this was bounced back automatically informing me that as my account is deactivated, I need to reactivate it via Seller Central, however, I can’t, as I need to respond to their email as the robot closes the case! Please can someone advise? I’ve exhausted all avenues I am aware of, I tried to create a support case on seller central multiple times however each one is automatically closed as my account is deactivated pending further information.
