Unable To Add Our Own Products

We are currently unable to list three products in our US account which belong to our brand because a 3rd Party Seller has listed it with the brand name ‘Unknown’. We’ve tried using upload files, adding through the add a product tool and creating cases but so far we’ve had no luck. Has anyone come across this issue before?
