Unable to login to my account.
Im having issues with login into my amazon sellers account. I used the same email address and password for both the amazon sellers and retail platforms. Early July I was given a notice which remarked that my account will be closed (given no definitive reason). I was then asked by the brand to make some alterations or else brand protection strike. I have spoken to amazon account specialist more than my friends to only be given the same generic email. There’s some major issues I need to fix on my account however I am unable to as I cannot login to my account or be given the access.
What do I do, I feel as though I have exhausted my options?
