Unable to submit new verification after first denied?
I am going to do my best to explain this, as it may be hard to follow along. Please read all of it.
I submitted my identity & bank documents to amazon the first time for approval on getting verified to become a seller, and the specialist I had a video call appointment with explained to me they were wrong and that I had to fix it. So now I am trying to submit new documents but when I go to Amazon Seller page, I am stuck on this page: https://imgur.com/6H361Z3
It was showing my video call appointment that I already attended, and I did not know what else to do so I rescheduled a new appointment. I am aware that they are going to need the new documents submitted however I am unable to, as if my account is glitched.
With this being said, I have attempted to contact Amazon Seller support through their only method which is the “Get Support” button that takes me to this page: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/cu/contact-us
When I fill out the email form and explain the situation, I get an automated bot email the next day which says:
We understand that you may have some questions about selling on Amazon. To talk to someone about your account, Please click the “Get Support button” at the bottom of the page.
Thank you for selling with Amazon,
Seller Identity Verification Amazon.com Seller Support”
Which is literally telling me to do the very thing I already did to contact them in the first place.
I have an appointment on the 18th with a specialist but I am more than sure that they are going to tell me that I need to submit new documents so I can get sent to Approval.
I have no other choice but to believe my account is glitched and Amazon has no way of contacting them as of right now. Please help.
