Unauthorized Chinese sellers of our brand

Hey guys, I’m sure this issue is fairly common but as of late we had someone attaching themselves to our brands listings and undercutting our prices.

We are a small company with our own brand and do not distribute our products.

We have been consistently taking them down by reporting them on Brand Registry but every time we do they are back up under a different name with the same Chinese text in their bio within 24 hours.

This has been going on for months and we have been getting no assistance from Brand Registry to gate our brand or qualify for Project Zero to prevent this.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
