Unauthorized Sellers

Hi,

I am the brand owner registered in Brand Registry system on Amazon.

I’ve found Sellers who sell my products without a permission. Moreover they sell it below my MRRP and some of these products are old or I don’t even know where did they get it as far as I don’t have any exclusive or regular partners in US who can do sales there: I act only on Amazon.

I’ve tried to contact them directly several times, but there is no any answer.

Now I would like to remove the offers of these sellers from my SKU’s. I’ve tried to do that via Report Infringement tool asking for support to the trademark I own (registered via USPTO btw). But Amazon says these violations “do not constitute intellectual property rights infringement”.

Do you know where I should write or what exactly I should do to protect my brand from these guys?
