Ungating help requested

Hey all,

I’m a new (<2.5 mos) seller and have been working on getting ungated so that I can take advantage of deals and clearance sales on a number of brands near me.

I read up on the topic and watched some youtube videos and followed the instructions as best I could — but so far, I’ve only been successfully ungated for Nike. All my attempts at getting ungated for Adidas and Under Armour have gotten me denials saying they don’t accept online receipts, only invoices (even though the receipt worked for Nike). Am I doing something wrong? I didn’t need a formal invoice for Nike, just an online reciept for 10 branded items.

Could it be because for Adidas and UA I bought items on sale/with a promo code? I can’t tell, have tried resubmitting but no luck.
