Ungating question

When I got groceries ungated I submitted an invoice and the whole category was ungated.

I wanted to ungate apparel, I submitted an adidas invoice and I was ungated in the brand, but not apparel in general. Same with Lego, brand is ok, but not toys.

Any idea on what I’m doing wrong?
