Upgrading account to professional issues

Tried upgrading from individual > professional…. and nothing happened, still shows as individual seller. Seller support said I have to wait 72 hours and ill get an email and cannot tell me if my request to upgrade was received by them. Ive attempted like 3 time so far. Did the change the upgrade process making you wait 72 hours or something?
