UPS is scamming me out of $3,000
I am an FBM seller and I primarily use UPS through Amazon’s Buy Shipping to ship my furniture products across the country. I went through my transactions and saw I got two “carrier adjustments charge” each for over $1,300 on labels that did not cost more than $60 when I entered the correct dimensions and weight.
I saw that their “Carrier Audited Dimensions” were way over exaggerated saying my package is 4x the size and 5x as heavy.
For the past two weeks I have been going back and forth between seller support and UPS. Each says they cannot help me and I need to contact the other.
Can anyone help me out here? I could really use the $3,000 to purchase more inventory.
Amazon says UPS is the one that charged me so I need to contact them and UPS says they have a contract with Amazon and Amazon needs to be the one to reach out to them since I did not purchase the label directly through them.
