UPS labels purchased from amazon issues.
we just started using purchasing ups lables from amazon since they are so much cheaper than the rates we get from ups.
here is the issue, a few next day air orders were delivered late, customer understandably wants their money back, before we purchased labels from amazon we would just log in to our ups account and do the claim, refund the customer. well we cant do claims when we purchase labels from amazon since they are purchased on the amazon account. i can not find anywhere how to file a claim or get help from amazon on what the process is. i have reached out the their customer service which im sure we all know is a joke,
he first told me to file a safety claim lol which wont work since there is no return on the orders and thats not what safety claims are for…. found some sort of answers on the forums but they just suggested i tell the customer to file a-z claim which also seems. like not the correct answer
can some one please freaking help me out
