US marketplace to CA marketplace variation

I have 3 listings in US marketplace and each of them is under different parent ASINs. Is it possible to create a new variation for these 3 and group them under new parent ASIN and in the CA marketplace?If it is possible, may I know how to do that? Sorry, new seller here and I’m very confused.
