Very low (but not 0) impressions no matter the ad settings?
This is not my first campaign, but I started a new campaign for a new product and am puzzled at why this one is getting just a dozen or so impressions per day. The first day it even managed to get one sale from that which was so promising, but now I can’t get my ads to show not matter what I do!
Here’s what I’ve tried/checked:
1) Product is in stock (FBA) both on the amazon.com page and on the ads page
2) Ad is listed as “delivering” on the campaign
3) The budget is $10/day and I’ve only had like one click because the impressions are so low. Clicks are no where near $10 so it shouldn’t be a budget issue.
4) My original ad group was keyword targeting and manual. I added a product targeting one as well. I have all of the match types (broad, etc.) selected and several keywords. The keywords aren’t crazy popular but they’re popular enough to have suggested bids. I have everything at the suggested bid. Most of the suggested bids are around $0.50 (US market place only), and one is almost $2.
5) The campaign placement settings are dynamic up and down by 100%.
6) Can’t try sponsored brands because this is a new brand and not in brand registry yet.
7) When I search the keywords:
Keyword 1) $0.20 default bid- has a sponsored brand and then one sponsored product, does not show mine at all.
Keyword 2) $1.84 default bid- has a sponsored brand and then one sponsored product, does not show mine at all.
Keyword 3) 0.50 default bid- has a sponsored brand and 4 sponsored products, does not show mine at all.
Keyword 4) 0.38 default bid- has a sponsored brand and 2 sponsored products- DOES include mine as a sponsored product but with the tag “previously viewed” (which makes me wonder if that’s the only reason it picked it)
Any ideas?
