Video submission rejected by Amazon

Hi, we posted a product video for our new Amazon listing. However, Amazon rejected the video stating that the video shares personal or suggests viewers to send personal information? We checked it but could not find anything the video is doing so. It’s a very generic video showing product attributes and lifestyle photos. Would love to get your thoughts or similar experiences ?
