Videos on product pages

I’ve recently started a brand which is selling well, I was looking into making a video to replace the 7th picture as this is meant to be better, but I’m reading that you need brand registry to do this. Is this true? Because I have seen a few listings that are not registered brands that have videos on there.

If I’m able to post a video without brand registry, does anyone have suggestions of people who can make one for me?
