Walmart order max?

I am creating this post for anyone with this issue in the future…

I use Walmart as a supplier for a channel I dropship on, recently I tried to place an order and it was canceled immediately and was texted a message saying “Walmart order cancelation: quantity limits exceeded. Check your email for details…”

I tried to fix this on my own by changing cards; it didnt work.

I went on to make a Walmart account and had the same issue (they prod use IP address, phone number, etc.) to find a link in the two accounts.

Here is how I fixed it…

On the new account, go to contact/support and request to chat with a customer service representative. Tell them that you are trying to place an order but it is getting canceled and you are receiving a message about order quantity limits. They will go into your account, since it is a new account they will not see the 100s of orders you already have on the other account and will lift the ban for you.

NOTE: THIS IS ALL DONE WITH WALMART+ BEING ACTIVE
