Weird Italian Flag

I’m v new to my Amazon professional sellers account but I know how difficult it is to get a response to queries so I thought I’d ask you guys. I’m in the UK my market is the UK and it say’s HGVSUK is in the UK also at the top of the picture so why is there an Italian flag at the top of my account info page? There does not seem to be any way to change or get rid of it. I’m worried it may be effecting unknown processes . TIA
