Around a year ago I decided to delete my amazon seller account. I believe I made sure that I had no outstanding payments to them (and I definitely deleted my FBA professional plan – I am 100% sure of that). Ever since then I have still been recieving emails from them (which is against GDPR I believe but I literally can’t do anything about it).
Many times i have clicked unsubscribe but I still get emailed from them. I cannot contact seller support as you need to login to a seller account – which I don’t have as I deleted it. If I try to sign in with the email address they are sending emails to, the website says that no account is found under that email address.
Usually these emails are just random newsletters but today the title says “Payment Method Declined for Balance Due” then reads “You have an outstanding amount due in your Selling on Amazon payment account.” The email is from seller-notification at amazon.co.uk
What do I do? Do I have to make a new account and then contact seller support? Is there anyway at all to contact them without making a new account? Do I just ignore the email as I know I have done nothing wrong?
