What do I do??? Please help!
Hello,
I have an order in Amazon FBM across all EU marketplaces. The order was placed by a customer in the Belgium marketplace. However, the customer provided the country as Belgium, but the actual address is in Sweden. I reached out to the customer about 10 hours ago to clarify or update the delivery country. Normally, this wouldn’t be an issue, and I could just ship to the address in Sweden, even if the country is listed as Belgium. Unfortunately, shipping to Sweden costs 2x more than shipping to Belgium.
So far, the customer has not responded, and I am scheduled to ship the order today. Should I contact someone in Amazon? I don’t want my account health to suffer because of this situation.
