What do they have going on at Amazon the last 6 months.

Plenty of stuff to bitch about, but the one that’s got my baffled lately…

Ever since September they changed OTD. I use Amazon labels for each and every order (FBM seller). Yet my OTD is under 90 percent and since September Is always under 100 percent. Every order is shipped out the day after customer places the order. And again, every single order is Amazon labels.

I call them a few months back and they say I’m covered and they are transferring me to a team member and they will reach out. Never heard back.

Now I’m not getting featured offers on numerous of items, again something I’ve never seen in the last few years, so my only thought is it’s because that OTD is off.

Not to mention they are saying my deliveries need to be delivered in GMT time, yet I only sell in the USA.

I’d say “Amazon do better” but to be quite frank, I could care less lol. Just using the platform until I can find a better option personally. I just find it funny how much shit they are pulling across the board between customers, employees, drivers, and sellers. Never seen a company do everything they can, to piss everyone off.
