What does a certification for exemption from EPA pesticide regulations look like and where do I get it?

I do not sell pesticides. My product does not contain pesticides and it does not make pesticide claims. However, the bot is stupid. I have appealed so many times and then finally deleted the product, but that did not make my problem go away.

I figured maybe I can provide a certificate that the product is exempt from regulations. Since I make the product, I figure that as the manufacturer can vouch for what’s in it.

Can anyone tell me how to make this exemption certificate or where I can obtain it? Can it just be a letter that I write up and submit in PDF form?
