What inventory software do you use if you have a lot of skus?

I think we need to start using some kind of inventory management software. We have a lot of skus and keep a quite a bit of inventory at our own facility now – far more than we ever wanted to, but that’s the reality now with amz. How do we keep track of what we have in our own facility in a way that will be useful to us and not just an extra burden to keep up? Any recommendations?
