what legal stuff/licensing do i need for fba wholesale?

so i have been learning fba for about the past month, and i want to start my Amazon account i have no idea what licensing i need and the idea of an LLC, I have alot of concerns with what legal stuff i need to do to sell on amazon as a wholesaler. any info would be appreciated
