what the hell am I doing wrong???
Long story short l am selling iPhone cases. 4 models 4 colors each. 2/4 of models have photos updated no problem. The other 2/4 so 8 total SKUs are not able to be updated. They keep telling me the photos in uploading are different than what’s tied to that ASIN. I just made these products as new Amazon products. Every listing is same price and description regardless of model and price. I’m on the verge of wanting to throw hands with amazon. Do l just delete these items are start over? My product has already been delivered to Amazon with the labels already on from what l sent to my supplier. Please help l don’t have access to anything they’re asking for. These are just generic cases

- Manufacturer’s catalog (Product User Manual), either scanned image of the physical catalog or PDF version showing the suggested changes, along with visible product identifier (UPC, EAN, ISBN, etc.), if available.
- High-resolution product pictures, clearly showing the suggested changes, along with a visible product identifier (UPC, EAN, ISBN, etc.).
- A high-resolution photo of the item in its original packaging showing the product identifier (UPC, EAN, ISBN, etc.) code and the attribute or attributes that you need to change
