When will my LTL truck show up?

My pick up date is for today but there are no updates or time estimates provided and it’s saying today is the “estimated pickup” date. Is there anywhere I can see when the truck will actually be showing up?

I have the pallet on my driveway waiting and I don’t have a pallet jack to move it so I had set it all up expecting the truck today.
