Where are Amazon new seller incentives?

I’ve enrolled in brand registry and made my first listing, but I can’t find the new seller incentives (e.g the $75 ad credit) anywhere, and nothing appears to have changed/been added after i met the requirements. The new seller incentives page just tells me to login, afterwhich nothing happens. I’ve contact amazon support twice. First time support had no clue and suddenly ended chat. Second time after half an hour he says he is forwarding it to a specialist. Really bizarre situation.
